Grupo Bimbo concluded the sale of its shares in Pastas Cora, S.A. de C.V. and Pastas Cora La Laguna, S.A. de C.V. to Grupo La Moderna, S.A. de C.V. The sale took place jointly with Grupo MacMa, S.A. de C.V.

Through this transaction, Grupo La Moderna acquired 100% of the shares of Pastas Cora and Pastas Cora La Laguna, via a payment of 4,500,000 shares, representing 5.8% of its shares outstanding.
